We moved to our small farm 16 miles northeast of Wichita Falls Texas in 1994. Full time employment was at Sheppard AFB as a NATO Flight Instructor. Part time business was raising pecans and leasing cattle pasture. A normal weekday was spent in the military operating area right over top of the farm … instructing instruments, aerobatics and basic fighter maneuvers. Alas retirement hit home … so nowadays instead of wrestling with flight students, there is the care, feeding and influence of God’s beautiful and joyful caprine Nigerian Dwarf Goats!
